[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Northampton 6-18-1981
(Ch. 2, Art. XXVIII, of the 1977 Code), as amended 7-18-2002.
Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.
The Conservation Commission shall make recommendations over all sums
received and paid into the City treasury for the Waterways Improvement and
Maintenance Fund as promulgated by MGL c. 40, § 5, and the Committee
shall make recommendations for distributing monies received into said fund
in conformity with the laws of the commonwealth.
