§ 57-1 Authorization to establish.

The Justice Court of the Town of Amherst is hereby authorized to establish a Traffic Violations Bureau in accordance with Article 14-B of the General Municipal Law.

§ 57-2 When effective.

This chapter shall become effective 10 days after publication and posting, as required by law.
