All requests for discovery in matters pending in the Village
of Ridgefield Park Municipal Court shall be submitted through the
Municipal Prosecutor, located at the Municipal Building, 234 Main
Street, Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, 07660. All requests for discovery
in matters pending in other courts shall be submitted through the
Village Attorney or other attorney representing the Village.

A.Â
The fees payable by the requestor to the Village of Ridgefield Park
for discovery provided shall be as set forth in New Jersey Court Rule
7:7-7, as same may be revised pursuant to a schedule promulgated by
the Administrative Director of the Courts, or as may be set forth
in any successor Court Rule.
B.Â
Where the discovery has to be obtained from an entity other than
the Village of Ridgefield Park, e.g., another police department, the
actual costs paid to the other entity shall be paid by the requestor.
