A.Â
The annual salary of the Commissioners of the Township
of Bethlehem is hereby fixed at $4,125.
B.Â
Pursuant to § 603 of the First Class Township
Code, 53 P.S. § 55603, such change in salary shall become
effective at the beginning of the next term of each Commissioner and,
until such change becomes effective, each incumbent Commissioner shall
continue to receive the salary fixed by ordinance heretofore.
All ordinances and resolutions heretofore adopted
fixing the compensation of Township Commissioners are supplemented
and amended so that the compensation of Commissioners elected or appointed
after the effective date of Act No. 269 or the 1965 Session of the
General Assembly shall be as herein provided.

The Bethlehem Township Municipal Building, 2740
Fifth Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18017, is hereby designated
as the place of meeting of the Board of Commissioners for their biennial
organizational meeting on the first Monday of January of each even-numbered
year.
