The Pretreatment Program Policy, Rules and Regulations of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority, dealing with local limits for wastewater discharges approved by the Authority in its Resolution 1998-10-19-A, as amended, through and including Resolution Nos. 2020-08-17F and 2020-08-17G, attached hereto as Exhibit "A," are hereby approved and adopted.[1]

The Enforcement Response Plan of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority by its Resolution No. 1998-10-19-B on October 19, 1998, as updated by the Authority on July 19, 1999, as amended by the Authority by its Resolution No. 2007-11-19-B on November 19, 2007, and as may be updated and/or amended from time to time by the Authority, be, and they are, hereby approved and adopted. The full text of said Enforcement Response Plan in full force and effect as of this date is attached hereto as Exhibit B.[1]

The wastewater color limitations rules, regulations, requirements, and procedures of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority by its Resolution No. 2020-8-17-G on August 17, 2020, and as may be updated and/or amended from time to time by the Authority, be, and they are, hereby approved and adopted. The full text of said wastewater color limitations policy, rules, regulations, requirements, and procedures in full force and effect as of this date is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[1]

The compliance recognition program reduced monitoring rules, regulations, requirements, and procedures of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority by its Resolution No. 2002-819-E on July 19, 2002, and as may be updated and/or amended from time to time by the Authority, be, and they are, hereby approved and adopted. The full text of said compliance recognition program reduced monitoring policy in full force and effect as of this date is attached hereto as Exhibit D.[1]
