The revision and updating of the Jackson Township Tax Map by
the Township Engineer, to show conditions of lands and real estate
in this municipality as of October 1, 2006, is hereby accepted and
approved.
The Township Clerk shall send a certified copy of this chapter
to the County Tax Administrator of the Ocean County Board of Taxation
and to the Tax Collector of this municipality.
The Township Clerk shall send two certified copies of this chapter
to the Township Engineer, one being for his or her records and the
other for her or him to forward to the Director, Division of Taxation,
Engineering and Railroad Tax Bureau, Department of the Treasury, State
of New Jersey, with a reduced-size Tax Map for the records and information
of said Director.
