All areas of the Town shall be designated outside fire limits.
However, notwithstanding any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation to
the contrary, all conditions placed by the Zoning Board of Appeals
of the Town of Amherst on all removals from fire limits granted prior
to January 1, 2003, shall remain valid and in effect, unless the building
and premises are found to be in full compliance with all provisions
of the Uniform Code.
