The speed limits for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVIII attached to and made a part of this chapter is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.

A. 
Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish a ten-miles-per-hour speed limit within all parks within the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey.
B. 
Speed limit established. With all municipal parks located within the Township of Jackson there is hereby established a speed limit of 10 miles per hour. The ten-miles-per-hour speed limit for both directions of traffic along the entire length of travel is for the following Township parks as per N.J.S.A. 39:5A-4:

Camp Joy.
(2) 
Jackson Forest.
(3) 
Johnson Park.
(4) 
Woodlane Park.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained as required by the Commissioner of Transportation and as specified in his authorization of the above zones.
The speed limits shall become effective upon posting of the proper signs after approval by the Commissioner of Transportation.
