The fees for permits; inspections; registration
of haulers, pumpers and other such contractors; administrative expenses
for the receipt, review and filing of reports; and tests shall be
as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to impose such fees
and to modify and amend such fees as it deems appropriate.
