[Former Chapter 10, Boards and Commissions, was repealed 2-10-2004 by Ord. No. 7-2004. This chapter consisted of the following articles: Art. II, Board of Recreation Commissioners, previously repealed 11-20-2000 by Ord. No. 24-2000; Art. III, Local Assistance Board, adopted 5-17-1973 (Art. 4 of Ch. 5 of the Revised Ordinances), as amended, the functions of which have been assumed by the Morris County Department of Human Services; Art. IV, Board of Health, adopted 6-7-1977 by Ord. No. 4-1977, as amended, the status of which has been changed to advisory; Art. V, Environmental Commission, adopted 5-17-1973 (Art. 5 of Ch. 5 of the Revised Ordinances),[1] as amended; Art. VI, Senior Citizens Center Management Commission, adopted 12-18-1980 by Ord. No. 27-1980;[2] Art. VII, Beautification Commission, adopted 3-3-1983 by Ord. No. 2-1983, which is no longer in operation; and Art. VIII, Historical Preservation Commission, adopted 9-7-1989 by Ord. No. 34-1989, as amended, which is no longer in operation.]
