This article shall apply to all areas on the following Township-owned or -leased properties:
A. 
Town Hall (entrance off Garfield Avenue).
B. 
Police/Fire Headquarters (entrance off Ridgedale Avenue).
C. 
Public Works/Public Utilities (entrance off Melanie Lane).
D. 
Senior Citizen Building/D'Ambola Field (entrance off Mt. Pleasant Avenue).
E. 
Lurker Park, including all paved and unpaved areas from the southerly side of the public service power line right-of-way to the Eagle Rock Avenue intersection (entrances off Ridgedale Avenue).
F. 
Rinaldi Recreation Center (entrance off Fifth Street).
G. 
Municipal pool and skating rink (entrance off Yale Avenue).
H. 
First Aid Squad (entrance off W. Ridgedale Avenue).
I. 
Firehouse No. 2 (entrance off River Road).
J. 
Cook House (entrance off Mt. Pleasant Avenue).
A. 
Parking by persons other than municipal employees is limited to the areas designated at each site set forth in § 125-26. Such designation shall be at the sole discretion of the Township and may be changed as circumstances require so long as the site is clearly posted. Specifically prohibited, without limitation, is parking on or in any fields, lawns, accessways, sidewalks, driveway aprons, storage areas, work areas, training grounds or the like unless directed to do so by the person in charge of the site.
B. 
No person who is not in the employ of the Township and at work in the specific building, or a person who shall be conducting business in the specific building, or attending an event on the specific site shall park a vehicle on the premises set forth in § 125-26 between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, or between the hours of 12:01 a.m. Saturday through 6:00 a.m. Monday.
A. 
Any vehicle which shall be parked on any of the premises set forth in § 125-26 in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 for the first offense to a maximum of $2,000 for subsequent offenses.
B. 
Any vehicle which has been cited on two previous violations of this article shall, on the third and all subsequent violations, be subject to removal by towing at the owner's or operator's expense; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing any vehicle which is parked so as to impede the operations of the site on which it is parked may be towed without prior notice at the owner's expense and without liability to the Township.
