A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or of any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be liable to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
B. 
In addition to the penalties set forth in Subsection A above, any person who is found guilty of repeated violation of any water conservation measures implemented pursuant to § 159-33 shall be subject to termination of water service for the duration of the pendency of the water restrictions and shall be required to pay all reconnection fees upon restoration of service.
