The fees charged by the Sheriff for the following
services shall be adjusted in accordance with the following schedule:
A.
Service of writs. The fee shall be $50 for service
and $14 for returns and $0.50 per mile, round trip.
B.
Service of evictions. For the service of evictions,
the fee shall be $175, flat fee.
C.
Service of replevins. For the service of replevins,
the fee shall be $235.
D.
Service of warrants. For the service of warrants,
the fee shall be $15, $7 return, $0.50 per mile, round trip.
E.
Service of extraditions.
(1)
For the service of extraditions, the fee shall be
$300 or $0.75 per mile, whichever is greater.
(2)
Pursuant to 725 ILCS 5/124A-5, the Sheriff is permitted
to recover reasonable costs incurred for serving any arrest warrant,
for picking up the offender from a county other than the one in which
the offender was convicted, and for picking up the offender from any
location outside the State of Illinois pursuant either to the offender's
extradition or waiver of extradition.
F.
Bond fee. The bond fee assessed at the time bond is
posted shall be $35 per case number.
