There shall be a Chief Financial Officer of
the Borough appointed by the Borough Council, and who shall serve
at the pleasure of the governing body. The Chief Financial Officer
may, but need not, be a person who is also employed by the Borough
in another capacity.
The Chief Financial Officer shall carry out
the responsibilities set forth under P.L. 1947, c. 151 (N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26
et seq.).
