The Village of Stratford of Marathon County hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the Village of Stratford shall
assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination
in housing within the Village of Stratford by implementing the authority
and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.,
as amended.
The Village Clerk shall maintain forms for complaints to be
filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended, and shall
assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Stratford
to file a complaint hereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development, Equal Rights Division, for enforcement of § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended.
