A certain policy to be known as the “Identity Theft Policy
of the South River Electric Utility,” as required by the Fair
and Accurate Transactions Act of 2003, as amended, is hereby adopted
for the regulation of employees, contractors, consultants, temporary
workers and any other workers of the South River Electric Utility,
including all personnel affiliated with third parties; each and all
of the provisions, conditions and terms of said policy are hereby
adopted and made a part hereof as fully set out in a copy of the policy
manual on file with the Borough Clerk and the Collector of Utility
Revenue.
