The Examining Board of Plumbers of the City of Hudson shall
be constituted in such manner, possess such power and authority and
perform such duties as shall be prescribed by law.
There shall be appointed in the City of Hudson Commissioners
of Deeds in the manner provided by law, who shall have power to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments within
the County of Columbia.
There shall be in the City of Hudson such election officers
as shall be provided by law. The compensation of each of these officials
shall be fixed by resolution of the Common Council, and such compensation
as provided by the Common Council shall be for each day actually engaged
by such official pursuant to law in performing the duties of his office.[1]
