A. 
No person shall operate any motorized vehicle of any kind on the private property of another without the express written permission of the property owner or person in legal possession of the property. Such written permission shall be exhibited upon the request of any enforcement official, the property owner, or the person in legal possession of the property.
B. 
Any person who violates a provision of this Article III shall, upon citation issued pursuant to Chapter 92 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Caroline County, Maryland, be deemed to have committed A Class A civil infraction and shall pay to the County the amount prescribed.
