A.
The County Commissioners may institute by resolution and regulation an impoundment program for vehicles engaged in a violation of Article III hereof.
B.
Any such impoundment program shall include provisions for the removal
and/or towing of any motorized vehicle found on the private property
of another; and for the payment of towing costs, storage charges,
and administrative fees, as determined by the County Commissioners.
C.
Any such impoundment program shall be in accordance with state law
as from time to time in effect.
