A.
Any person who shall, by any act, word or conduct, causing or tending
to cause a disturbance of the peace and the good order of the Township
of Schuylkill, or who shall cause or tend to cause any danger, discomfort
or annoyance to any of the inhabitants of the Township of Schuylkill,
or who shall wilfully fight or quarrel or incite others to fight or
quarrel, or who shall purposely make use of obscene or indecent language,
or who shall loiter or congregate upon any of the public streets,
ground or thoroughfares or upon any property properly posted against
loitering in the Township of Schuylkill, to the annoyance of residents
nearby, or persons traveling upon any street, thoroughfare or posted
property within the Township of Schuylkill whereby the public peace
is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed, shall be guilty
of disturbing the peace.

B.
Any person who acts or behaves in and about the streets or other
public places in the Township in a noisy, loud, boisterous and unseemly
manner, or in such a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the
community or in a manner which causes a threat to the life, property
or well being of a member of the public also shall be guilty of disturbing
the peace.

C.
Any excessive
continuous noise, including but not limited to barking dogs and loud
music, shall constitute disturbing the peace.

D.
Any person(s)
who shall loiter or congregate upon any of the public streets, grounds
or thoroughfares to the annoyance of residents nearby, or persons
traveling upon any street or thoroughfare, whereby the public peace
is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed, shall be guilty
of disturbing the peace.

E.
Any person(s)
who shall loiter or congregate upon any property properly posted against
loitering in the Township of Schuylkill shall be guilty of disturbing
the peace.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon summary conviction thereof, before any Magisterial District
Judge, be liable to a fine or penalty of not less than $100 and not
exceeding $600 and the costs of prosecution.
