Township of Teaneck, NJ Article XXVIII Historic Preservation Commission

Sec. 2-143 Establishment.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-107, there shall be an Historic Preservation Commission.

Sec. 2-144 Appointment of members.

All members and alternate members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Municipal Manager.

Sec. 2-145 Powers and duties.

Except as specifically set forth in the Charter, the Commission shall have all of the powers and duties and shall follow the procedures as set forth in Ordinance No. 3141, which ordinance is hereby amended as set forth in § 2-143 above.[1]
