GENERAL REFERENCES
Burial of animals — See Ch. 73, Art I.
It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation
to bury or inter any deceased person at any place within the Borough
of Ligonier or to permit or allow the burial or interment of any deceased
person in any property owned or controlled by such person, association,
firm or corporation, under penalty, upon conviction thereof before
the Magisterial District Judge, of a fine of not more than $300 and
costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
of imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
