Editor's Note: This local law passed at referendum November
6, 1990.
This Article shall be known and may be cited as "Local Law No.
1 of 1990," an Article superseding and amending § 24 of
the Town Law of the State of New York providing for the extension
of the term of office of the Town Clerk from its present two-year
term to a four-year term.
