This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Unregistered
Vehicle Parking Ordinance of the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County,
New York."
As used in this article, all terms shall have the meanings as
used elsewhere in this chapter or in the New York State Vehicle and
Traffic Law.
It shall be unlawful for an owner of a motor vehicle or vehicle
to park or permit the vehicle to be parked on the streets of the Town
unless a valid certificate of registration, as required by the New
York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, is properly displayed upon the
vehicle.

No motor vehicle shall be operated or parked unless a certificate
or certificates of inspection, as required by New York Vehicle and
Traffic Law, is or are displayed upon the vehicle or affixed to the
registration certificate for the vehicle.
