Township of Livingston, NJ Article VI Open Containers

§ 61-24 Prohibited conduct.

A. No person shall possess open alcohol containers on public property, public streets or private property not his/her own without invitation.

B. No person, while being under the influence of alcohol, shall loiter or assemble on the public streets, public property, or on private property not his/her own.

§ 61-25 Exemption.

Any block party which has received Township permission to close the street shall be exempt from the provisions of this article.

§ 61-26 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this article, shall be subject to the provisions as set forth § 1-7, General penalty, of the Code of the Township of Livingston.
