A. 
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 160-30), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 160-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn at any location listed in Schedule IV (§ 160-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter, and only in the manner described.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 160-34), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 160-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 160-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 160-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 160-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule X (§ 160-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
No-passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 160-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch dated and numbered as indicated.
A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks having a total gross weight in excess of six tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule XII (§ 160-41).
B. 
All trucks having a total gross weight in excess of six tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in Schedule XII, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the street from which such vehicles are excluded or to authorize the exclusion from any street in the Borough of Riverdale of trucks used by public utility companies in connection with the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of public utility facilities.
C. 
Conspicuous marking of the streets forming the truck routes as set forth in Schedule XII shall be signs so placed and maintained as to show clearly the truck routes by both day and night, with the signs to designate among other things the weight of the trucks which are required to use such truck routes.[1]
