- Ch DL Disposition List
A stormwater pollution prevention plan consistent with the requirements of Article I of this chapter and Articles XXI and XXII of Chapter 265 of this Code shall be required. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in Articles XXI and XXII of Chapter 265 of this Code. The approved erosion control permit shall be consistent with the provisions of this Code.
