A. 
No person shall fail to comply with any lawful traffic order, signal or direction of a police officer.
B. 
Police officers shall have the power and authority to direct vehicles to proceed in a direction other than that in which the operator intended to proceed lawfully for the purpose of avoiding or relieving traffic congestion, enforcing temporary restrictions due to street repairs or improvements and during emergencies.
No person shall fail to comply with the indications of any official traffic control device, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
No person shall deface, damage, move, obstruct, destroy, change the wording of, alter, or otherwise interfere with any traffic control device. No person shall deface, change the wording of, discard, destroy, or throw away any traffic tag, notice or summons.
No person shall use in and about motor vehicles, for the purpose of advertising, tags simulating in color, size or text the traffic violation tags now used or hereafter to be used by the Bureau of Police.
