The City elects to come under the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1931, P.L. 1379, as amended, 72 P.S. §§ 5342 to 5350j.2,[1] and, effective immediately, adopts as the official record of real estate assessment in the City the assessment records maintained by Dauphin County, and the City further adopts as its assessment procedure that which is utilized by Dauphin County.

The City sets as its established predetermined ratio 100% of the market value of properties located in the City as shown on the assessment records maintained by Dauphin County.
The City shall have the power to change from time to time the assessment ratio set forth in § 5-103.2, reserving unto itself the power to set the ratio at any value.
