Pursuant to Subdivision 2 of the Village Law § 3-300,
Village officers, except the Mayor and the Village Trustees, shall
be eligible to be appointed to such offices and hold such offices
if they reside within the County of Livingston and otherwise meet
the qualifications set forth in Subdivision 2 of Village Law § 3-300
and other applicable statutes.
