[Adopted 2-8-1971 as Ch. 3 of the 1971 Code]
The following amusements or acts are hereby declared illegal:
A. 
Coasting on any public street.
B. 
Playing ball or throwing stones, snowballs, sticks or other hard things on the public streets.
C. 
Riding a bicycle on a public sidewalk or riding a bicycle on a public thoroughfare between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise without a good headlight whose rays can be seen for 200 feet.

The following penalties are imposed for any violation of this article not heretofore specifically provided for: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article not heretofore expressly provided for shall be liable to the penalties as provided in § 1-12 of Chapter 1, General Provisions.
