A.
When a homeowner becomes delinquent in paying the Incorporated Village
of East Hills taxes, fees and interest, all nonessential amenities,
including the use of public pools, playgrounds, basketball courts,
tennis courts, fitness center and all other sports facilities, shall
be suspended for all individuals who reside at the residence where
delinquent taxes exist until the time that all taxes, fees and interest
are paid in full to the Village. Furthermore, in the event of delinquency
in paying taxes, fees and interest by a homeowner, all park cards
for all individuals who reside at the residence shall be suspended
until all taxes, fees and interest are paid in full.
B.
In no way shall this provision be interpreted to affect essential
services provided by the Village, including but not limited to sanitation,
security, fire prevention, snow removal, public property maintenance,
code enforcement, building department applications, Village administration,
and continued access to Village Hall.
