Editor's Note: The first paragraph of this ordinance
contained a schedule setting forth the salaries and compensation of
the officers and employees of the Township of Alloway. A copy of said
schedule is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and may be
examined there during normal office hours.
Mileage at $0.18 per mile, plus tolls, shall be reimbursed by
the township on voucher submitted by the Construction Code Official,
Assessor, Welfare Director, township officers and employees for use
of their private vehicles on township business with prior approval
of a Township Committeeman. Such voucher shall indicate the date,
purpose and mileage of each trip.
In addition to any other salaries authorized to be paid them,
the Registrar of Vital Statistics, the official issuing certificates
as to tax searches, tax assessments, municipal liens and outstanding
certificates of sale, the official making and certifying list of names
and addresses of landowners upon request of applicants for development
and the official issuing certificates as to liability for assessments
for municipal improvements, shall all be compensated in amounts equal
to the fees collected by them for such services and certificates.
Said compensation for the Registrar of Vital Statistics and the officials
performing the above certifications shall be made upon presentation
by each of them of a voucher, but only after all fees collected by
such official shall have been deposited with the Township Treasurer.
