The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Westwood has determined that it is in the best interests of the Borough of Westwood that the Mayor and Council retains engineering services to advise it with regard to engineering and related matters as they arise.
The office of the Borough Engineer is hereby created, and said office shall carry the title "Borough Engineer."

The Borough Engineer shall be retained and appointed on a yearly basis.[1]
