No person shall at any time set or use a trap of any kind designed
or intended to take, capture or kill any animal or fowl within the
limits of the Borough of Westwood except as shall be specifically
permitted hereafter and as permitted under N.J.S.A. 23:3-1, and the
various amendments and supplements thereto.
No person shall set or use any traps of any type designed to
take animals or fowl in or upon any property within the Borough of
Westwood, public or private, without having first obtained the permission
of the owner or occupant of said premises.
This article shall be enforced by any police officer of the
Borough of Westwood or any New Jersey Fish and Game Warden.
