Pursuant to the authority granted to this municipality under N.J.S.A. 39:4-197h, the Governing Body of the Borough of Westwood finds it in the interest of the public safety and for the proper regulation of traffic to regulate the entrances and exits to parking lots and parking yards which are open to the public or to which the public is invited. The following described entrances and exits are hereby designated for ingress and egress in the directions indicated. No person shall enter or exit in a manner other than described.

For the property of No. 36, the driveway along the east side of the building shall be used only for entering the parking areas and the drive-up areas. The driveway along the west side of the building shall be used only to exit the property onto Bergen Street. The driveway at the northwest end of the parking lot shall be used only to exit onto Fairview Avenue.
Broadway
For No. 289, the Seville Diner, the driveway along the north side of the building shall be used only to enter the property from Broadway. The driveway at the east end of the rear parking lot shall be used only to exit the rear lot onto Center Avenue.

For the property of No. 487, the driveway along the south side of the building shall be used only to enter the property from Broadway.

For Nos. 20 through 46, the Coventry Square Apartments, the driveway at the northwest corner of the property shall only be used to enter the property from Old Hook Road.
Fairview Avenue
For the property of No. 10, the driveway at the southwest corner of the property shall only be used to enter the property from Jefferson Avenue. The driveway along the north side of the building shall only be used to exit the lot onto Fairview Avenue.
Fairview Avenue
For Nos. 530, 540 and 550, the Roxbury Condominium, the driveway along the north end of the property shall be used only to enter the property from Fairview Avenue. The driveway along the south end of the property shall be used only to exit the property.
Jefferson Avenue
For the property of No. 85, the driveway at the northwest corner of the property shall only be used to enter the property from Jefferson Avenue for the use of the drive-up windows. The driveway at the southeast corner of the property shall only be used to exit the property onto Kinderkamack Road.

For the property of No. 189, the driveway on the north side of the building shall only be used to exit from the rear lot onto Kinderkamack Road.

For the property of No. 197, the driveway along the north end of the property shall be used only to enter the property from Kinderkamack Road. The driveway along the south end of the property shall be used only to exit onto Kinderkamack Road.

For No. 205, the Women's Club, the driveway along the south end of the property shall only be used to enter the property from Kinderkamack Road. The driveway along the north end of the property shall only be used to exit onto Kinderkamack Road.

For No. 219, Becker Funeral Home, the driveway at the southwest corner of the property shall only be used to enter the property from Kinderkamack Road. The driveway at the northwest corner of the property shall only be used to exit onto Kinderkamack Road.

For No. 120, St. Andrew's Church, the driveway along the east side of the church building shall only be used to enter the property from Washington Avenue.

For No. 264, the American Legion, Post No. 206, the driveway along the east side of the building shall be used only to enter the property from Washington Avenue.
Westwood Avenue
For the property of No. 1, the driveway along the rear wall of the building on the south side shall be used only to enter for the drive-up windows from Broadway. The 2 driveways along the west side of the lot, south of the building, along Broadway, shall be used only to enter the lot from Broadway. The driveways at the east end of the lot shall only be used to exit the lot onto Center Avenue.
