No person shall locate, construct or alter any individual sewage disposal system within the Borough of Westwood.
All structures within the Borough of Westwood having toilet or other facilities generating sewage shall be connected to the Westwood sanitary sewer system in accordance with applicable regulations.[1]

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, pay a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each violation, and each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
