There is hereby established as an office within the City government,
the position of City Auditor.
A.
The functions and duties of the City Auditor shall be to perform
such auditing functions as are required by the law of the state of
New Jersey with respect to the operations of the City government and
to perform such other functions and duties as may be prescribed by
the Council or the City Manager.
B.
The term of office of the City Auditor shall be one year.
