The Board of Health, as heretofore created, is hereby continued.

The Board shall adopt rules and regulations for its own government.
The Board shall elect a President from among its own members,
and shall appoint a clerk, a secretary and a health officer, and such
other officers and assistants as it may deem necessary. Appointees
of the Board shall be governed by its rules and regulations and may
be removed for cause by the Board. The Health Officer shall be the
executive officer of the Board.
The Board shall not contract any debt of any kind beyond the
amount of the appropriation made for its use by Council.
