in Schedule XVI,[1] attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall make a right turn, when facing a steady red
signal (STOP) indication, at any of the locations designated in Schedule
XX,[1] attached to and made a part of this chapter, between the
hours specified therein.

as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated
therein.
