No person shall break, injure or deface any curb, gutter, bridge, stone or flagging, lamppost, lighting standard pole or fixture, traffic sign, traffic beacon light or fixtures, or street sign, or appurtenances thereto, set, laid or fixed in any public street, park or other place.
No person shall damage, or enter with intent to damage, any public building or any article, thing or equipment therein.
A. 
No person shall damage or mutilate any fire apparatus, hydrant or fire plug.
B. 
No person shall, without first obtaining a written permit from the Chief of the Fire Department, draw water from any hydrant or fire plug for any purpose, except when properly and lawfully engaged in examining their condition or for the use of the Fire Department.

A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not succeeding 90 days, or both
B. 
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
