Any license or permit granted under this chapter may be revoked or suspended at any time by the City Clerk if the holder thereof violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulations which may be promulgated relating to this chapter; provided, however, that prior to any such suspension or revocation the City Clerk shall advise the holder of such license or permit of his intention to take such action and the grounds therefor and shall provide the holder with an opportunity to be heard thereon.
A. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
B. 
Any penalty imposed pursuant to Subsection A hereof shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any provision of this chapter permitting revocation or suspension of any license or permit issued hereunder.
