The locations described in Schedule XVI, § 171-43, are hereby designated as loading zones, and the standing and parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in such locations, except for the express purpose of loading and unloading of merchandise, goods and materials between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The locations described in Schedule XVII, § 171-44, are hereby designated as bus stops, and the parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in such locations.

The locations described in Schedule XVIII, § 171-45, Pedestrian Crosswalks, are hereby designated as pedestrian crosswalks, and all persons operating any motor vehicles in the vicinity of a pedestrian crosswalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian in or entering into said crosswalk.
