No parking shall be permitted on any street, road or highway
in the Town of Amenia between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November
1 of each year through the following April 1.
The Town Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized to
direct the removal of any vehicles parked on the highways and roads
within the Town in violation of this article. The charges and expenses
for such removal shall be borne solely by the owner or owners of such
vehicles.
