GENERAL REFERENCES
Smoking — See Ch. 273.
The Town of Raymond votes that no person shall smoke in any
room in a public building while a meeting open to the general public
is in progress nor in any public building the Fire Chief may deem
a fire hazard. Smoking is permitted only in areas designated as smoking
areas.
Passage of this chapter requires persons having control over
public places to conspicuously display NO SMOKING signs.
Violators are guilty of a violation.
