A. 
The beach will be closed during swimming lessons from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
B. 
The beach is closed when there is no lifeguard on duty.
Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by a parent.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
No animals are allowed on the beach or in the swimming area.
No motor vehicles are allowed beyond the parking area.
No glass containers are allowed on the beach.
No boats or water-skiers are allowed in the swimming area.
No inflatables or floats are allowed during swimming lessons.
No pushing or horseplay is allowed.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a violation.
The invalidity of any provision or section of this article shall not affect the validity of any other provision or section of this article.
The effective date of this article is July 1, 1986.
