Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 283.
In the interest of safety, no existing or future lighting shall
be permitted to be used in any way unless it is so effectively shielded
as to prevent beams or rays of light from being directed at any portion
of the main traveled way of any Town road or street or any state highway
within the Town of Raymond or is of such intensity or brilliance as
not to cause glare or not to impair the vision of the driver of any
motor vehicle or does not otherwise interfere with any driver's
operation of a motor vehicle.
Upon notification, violators will be subject to a fine of $10
per day until the violation is corrected.
