No person shall make any brawl or tumult; nor in any street, lane, alley or public place be guilty of any rude, indecent or disorderly conduct; nor insult or wantonly impede any person passing thereon; nor lounge or sleep in or upon any of the commons or squares of the Town; nor throw any stones, bricks, snowballs or dirt; nor play at ball or at any game in which any ball is used or fly any kite in any street, lane or public square in the compact part of the Town.
Any person violating the provision of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $10 for each offense.

If any person or persons shall wantonly or willfully destroy shrubbery, pull up, bend or mar growing trees or otherwise injure or cause to be injured any shrubs, flowers or trees on Town property or maintained by the Town of Raymond or shall wantonly or willfully damage or deface any other property of the Town of Raymond or of any department thereof, such person or persons shall be subjected to a penalty not exceeding $10.
