Editor's Note: This legislation also included a note
which advised checking the provisions of homeowner's or public
liability insurance policies pertaining to safety precautions and/or
fencing requirements before contracting for the installation of a
pool.
Effective January 1, 1973, a building permit will be required
for the installation of a nonportable swimming pool in the Town of
Raymond.
This article does not apply to inflatable or strictly portable
children's wading pools.
Pools constructed after the effective date of this article must
be so placed as to conform to boundary and setback regulations applicable
to the zone in which built.
