Pursuant to Subdivision 1 of § 405 of the Penal Law
of the State of New York, the Chief of the Fire Department is hereby
designated as the permit authority to grant and issue permits for
the public display of fireworks in accordance with the provisions
of § 405 of the Penal Law.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of
this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation of state law.
